L-ergothioneine — an amino acid your body cannot make and obtains only from the diet. It matters enough that your cells carry a dedicated transporter, OCTN1, built for exactly this molecule. One gummy, every morning.

One MitoV+ gummy, with or without food.
Nothing. There’s no midday dose to forget.
Cellular Clarity on clean skin — the Defence Ritual, both done before your coffee cools.
Vitamin C, vitamin E, glutathione — all useful, all transient. They circulate, and your kidneys clear them. There is no dedicated carrier waiting.
L-Ergothioneine is different. Human cells carry a transport protein called OCTN1 whose specific biological job is to capture this molecule and pull it inside. Less than 4% of an oral dose is excreted. It accumulates in the tissues under the most oxidative pressure and stays there.
Most antioxidants are a rental. This one is a deposit.
In a metabolome study of over 1,200 middle-aged adults tracked for nearly three years, ergothioneine was among the metabolites associated with preserved walking speed. In a separate clinical profile of older adults, low blood ergothioneine tracked with frailty and reduced mobility.
Association, not proof of cause — nobody supplemented anyone.
In a crossover trial, men put through ninety minutes of running plus an eccentric treadmill phase took a daily ergothioneine-supplying extract. It did not change muscle-damage markers — and we could have left that sentence out. What it did was prevent the post-exercise spike in a marker of cell-membrane damage and double the blood's thiol redox status.
A crossover trial in healthy young men, under one specific kind of physical stress.
In a treadmill-exhaustion model, supplemented mice ran 106% longer before fatigue, and unlike the control group did not decline over repeated weekly efforts.
Mice. Said plainly, because the number is only interesting if you know what produced it.
We do not claim MitoV+ extends human lifespan. No controlled study shows that, and the lifespan work you may have seen was done in C. elegans — a worm.

Ergothioneine exists in two mirror forms; only the L-isomer is the one your biology recognises. MitoPrime® is 100% pure L-isomer, verified per batch — that specification is the reason this product exists.
5 mg of MitoPrime® L-ergothioneine — an amino acid the body cannot make and obtains only from the diet — in one sugar-free vegan gummy.†

The honest position: the compound is among the most interesting molecules in longevity research, and the dose-level human evidence isn’t settled. We’d rather tell you that than borrow someone else’s trial.
Everything on this page can be checked. That's the entire pitch.
If it isn’t for you, tell us and we’ll refund it. Keep the canister — nothing to send back. Sixty days is a refund window, not a results window.
