Vyva is a brand of Vidiwell LLC ("Vyva," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate the website at vyva.global and all related content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify.

RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the platform. Information you submit through the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and its service providers, which may be located in countries other than your country of residence.

We use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data from your interactions with our store, other Shopify merchants, and Shopify itself. For these enhanced features, Shopify acts as a data controller and is responsible for responding to your rights requests related to its processing. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
