60-Day Money-Back Guarantee You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund—on any Vyva product, supplement, or skincare, alike, opened or unopened. Contact us at with your order number, and we will refund you in full. There is nothing to send back: keep the product, or pass it on.
To keep the guarantee fair, refunds under it are available once per customer per product.
3-Month Plan: 90-Day Guarantee If you buy the VFlex 3-Month Plan ($119 for 3 bottles, renewing every 90 days), your first plan order is covered for 90 days instead of 60, counted from the delivery of that order. If you're not happy, email info@vyva.global within those 90 days for a full refund of that order. You keep the bottles, opened or not, and there's nothing to send back.
Renewal shipments are covered by our standard 60-day guarantee above.
The 90-day guarantee applies to your first 3-Month Plan order only and is subject to our once-per-customer-per-product limit.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-refundable items, gift cards, and products requested for refund (60 days, or 90 days for a first VFlex 3-Month Plan order).
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, request a refund for the original item and place a new order separately.
Subscription Orders: Vyva subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account on vyva.global. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. Products already delivered under an active subscription are covered by the 60-day guarantee above.
International Orders: The 60-day guarantee applies regardless of your location. Customs duties or taxes charged on delivery are not refundable by Vyva.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped to a European Union member state, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging. This right is in addition to our 60-day guarantee. In the event of any conflict, the policy more favorable to you will apply.
Refunds Approved Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at .
