I already take turmeric. Does this replace it?
No — and we wouldn't tell you to drop it. In a laboratory membrane model, turmeric combined 1:1 with Ioniplex crossed at a statistically significant 17.5% higher rate than turmeric alone. That is a test, not your gut, and we say so. But it is the reason the mineral goes in the morning, with the rest of what you take.

Great Tasting Too!!
Nice Packaging, However I Would Strongly Suggest Giving Each of The Three Different Colors for the Packaging, Especially Since The Actual Wrapper Surrounding Each Gummy Does Not State Which One is in it. When You have All Three, There is No Way to Know Which is Which Once Outside the Container.
