The shellfish problem

What the evidence base looks like overall
Beyond the head-to-head, Q-Actin® has additional published research: a 60-day placebo-controlled study showing a 31.79% WOMAC improvement from baseline (Hausenblas et al., 2025), and a 12-week study in healthy adults noting signals on finger dexterity and sleep quality (Lloyd et al., 2025).
